Timesheet PDF
It is your responsibility to ensure your hours are accurately recorded and signed off by the person you report to at the end of each week. A new timesheet is required for each assignment you are on. These must be returned to head office by close of business the following Monday.
Incident Report Form PDF
The Incident report must be filled out and returned to head office for ALL accidents, injuries or near misses that occur on site.
